Bienvenida a la selección oficial
Welcome to the official selection
Damos la bienvenida a los participantes de la selección oficial de PRINT 2026, la cual se llevará a cabo del 8 al 31 de octubre de 2026 en el White Box de G.56 Hub Creativo. Al formar parte de la selección oficial, cada proyecto participa por la entrega de menciones honoríficas y el Premio Print, con un monto de $20,000 MXN.
We welcome the participants of the official PRINT 2026 selection, which will take place from October 8 to 31, 2026, at the White Box of G.56 Hub Creativo. As part of the official selection, every project is eligible for honorable mentions and the Print Award, worth $20,000 MXN.
Todas las fechas y horarios contenidos en este manual están sujetos a modificación por cambios operativos o de logística. Cualquier ajuste será notificado por correo con la debida antelación.
All dates and times in this handbook are subject to change due to operational or logistical adjustments. Any changes will be communicated by email with due notice.
Con el fin de dar seguimiento a su participación, se enviará un newsletter de Print durante las fechas importantes del proceso. Se solicita a los participantes estar atentos a estas comunicaciones y dar seguimiento a cualquier duda que pudiera surgir.
To help participants keep track of their involvement, a Print newsletter will be sent out at key dates throughout the process. Participants are asked to stay attentive to these communications and follow up on any questions that may arise.

Whenever possible, the piece should be delivered ready to install. Design Week Mexico is not responsible for boxes, paper, or protective materials.
Horario de recepción en oficina: lunes a jueves de 10:00 a 19:00 h y viernes de 10:00 a 15:00 h. El edificio también cuenta con recepción de lunes a domingo en horario extendido, que puede recibir paquetería fuera de nuestro horario de oficina.
Office reception hours: Monday to Thursday 10am–7pm and Friday 10am–3pm. The building also has a front-desk receptionist Monday to Sunday with extended hours, who can receive courier deliveries outside our office hours.
Piezas internacionales o foráneas
International or out-of-town pieces
Para participantes fuera de la Ciudad de México o en el extranjero, la entrega se coordina de manera puntual, mediante contacto directo a [email protected].
For participants outside Mexico City or abroad, drop-off is coordinated case by case through direct contact at [email protected].
Para entregas por medio de envío, el costo del envío, cargos de importación y cualquier gasto asociado corren por cuenta del participante.
For drop-offs sent by shipping, shipping costs, import charges, and any related expenses are covered by the participant.
Si por logística internacional necesitas un poco más de tiempo para la recepción, la fecha límite puede extenderse unos días; escríbenos con anticipación a [email protected]. Ten en cuenta que, en cualquier caso, la pieza debe estar lista para el montaje antes del inicio de la exposición.
If international logistics require a little more time, the receipt deadline can be extended a few days — write to us in advance at [email protected]. In any case, the piece must be ready for installation before the exhibition opens.

Cuota de recuperación
Participation fee
$1,000 MXN + IVA
Para cubrir la cuota de recuperación, los participantes deberán ingresar a la liga del producto y generar su compra a través de nuestra página web. El pago puede realizarse en línea con tarjeta de débito o crédito, o mediante transferencia interbancaria SPEI. Se enviarán notificaciones por correo en cada etapa del proceso: al generar la orden, al confirmar el pago y al facturar.
To cover the participation fee, participants must go to the product link and complete their purchase through our website. Payment can be made online by debit or credit card, or through a SPEI bank transfer. Email notifications will be sent at every step: when the order is placed, when payment is confirmed, and when the invoice is issued.
Para realizar el pago en efectivo, es necesario contactar al equipo de Print; las instrucciones correspondientes se compartirán por correo electrónico. Los pagos en efectivo están exentos de IVA y deberán traer la cantidad exacta en un sobre cerrado a las oficinas de Design Week Mexico.
To pay in cash, please contact the Print team; the corresponding instructions will be shared by email. Cash payments are exempt from VAT, and participants must bring the exact amount in a sealed envelope to the Design Week Mexico offices.
Al ser Chile el país invitado de esta edición, los participantes chilenos de PRINT están exentos de la cuota de recuperación.
As Chile is the guest country of this edition, Chilean PRINT participants are exempt from the participation fee.
Si la cuota no se cubre antes del 2 de octubre, la pieza será retirada de la exposición y no será presentada.
If the fee is not covered before October 2, the piece will be withdrawn from the exhibition and will not be shown.

Con el fin de proveer a cada participante los requerimientos logísticos y técnicos correspondientes a su montaje, todos los participantes deberán presentar con anticipación los detalles técnicos y créditos de su pieza.
In order to provide each participant with the logistical and technical requirements for their installation, all participants must submit their piece's technical details and credits in advance.
La recolección de esta información se realizará a través de un formulario especial, el cual será enviado por el equipo de Print en los días previos. Por cuestiones de producción, esta fecha límite no admite prórroga.
This information will be collected through a special form, which will be sent out by the Print team in the days beforehand. For production reasons, this deadline does not allow for extensions.

One Pager
One pager: documento explicativo de una sola cuartilla, tamaño carta, en formato digital. No existe un formato obligatorio; sin embargo, se recomienda cuidar los elementos gráficos y visuales con el fin de hacerlo atractivo ante el jurado.
One pager: a single-page, letter-size explanatory document in digital format. There is no mandatory template; however, careful attention to graphic and visual elements is recommended to make it appealing to the jury.
El One Pager sirve como elemento de evaluación para el jurado, así como abstracto del proyecto para su difusión durante y después de PRINT 2026.
The One Pager serves as an evaluation tool for the jury, as well as a project abstract for promotion during and after PRINT 2026.
Deberá enviarse en formato PDF a [email protected] a más tardar el 2 de octubre de 2026. Pasada esta fecha, el contenido se tomará tal como haya sido recibido.
It must be sent as a PDF to [email protected] no later than October 2, 2026. After this date, the content will be used exactly as received.
El texto deberá presentarse obligatoriamente en inglés y español, ambos en la misma hoja y en un único documento PDF; no se aceptan dos documentos individuales.
The text must be presented in both English and Spanish, on the same page and in a single PDF document; two separate documents will not be accepted.

La logística de la ceremonia de inauguración se definirá y compartirá más adelante; el acceso de visitantes queda a criterio del equipo de Design Week Mexico y la coordinación del recinto.
The logistics of the opening ceremony will be defined and shared at a later date; visitor access is at the discretion of the Design Week Mexico team and the venue's coordination.
La exposición permanece abierta lunes a viernes de 11:00 a 19:00 h y sábados de 11:00 a 14:30 h.
The exhibition is open Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Saturdays from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Esta edición contará con un jurado (nombramiento pendiente), cuya deliberación se basa en los one pagers y en las imágenes de la exposición y de las piezas. Algunos jurados asistirán personalmente a la exhibición, por lo que la deliberación también podrá considerar las piezas ya montadas.
This edition will have a jury (to be announced), whose deliberation is based on the one pagers and on images of the exhibition and the pieces. Some jury members will attend the exhibition in person, so deliberations may also take the installed pieces into account.

La devolución de piezas se realiza en las mismas oficinas de Design Week Mexico (Piso 5) donde fueron entregadas, del 3 al 30 de noviembre.
Pieces are returned at the same Design Week Mexico offices (Floor 5) where they were dropped off, from November 3 to 30.
Próximamente se compartirán los horarios disponibles para agendar la cita de recolección.
Available time slots for scheduling a pickup appointment will be shared soon.
Como en la entrega, cada participante deberá proveer su propio empaque o protección para transportar la pieza; Design Week Mexico no se hace responsable de cajas, papel o materiales de protección.
As with drop-off, each participant must provide their own packaging or protection to transport the piece; Design Week Mexico is not responsible for boxes, paper, or protective materials.

Acceso al portal y carrito

Abre designweekmexico.com/producto/print-2026 desde cualquier explorador. Ahí encontrarás el producto PRINT 2026, con el que se cubre la cuota de recuperación.
Open designweekmexico.com/producto/print-2026 from any browser. There you'll find the PRINT 2026 product, used to cover the participation fee.
Recomendamos hacer este trámite desde una computadora, aunque también funciona desde el celular.
We recommend doing this from a computer, though it also works from a phone.
Da click en “Añadir al carrito” y después en “Ver carrito” en la pestaña que se despliega. Revisa el subtotal y, si tienes un código de descuento, aplícalo antes de continuar.
Click “Añadir al carrito” (add to cart), then “Ver carrito” (view cart) in the panel that appears. Check the subtotal and, if you have a discount code, apply it before continuing.
Cuando esté listo, da click en “Finalizar compra”.
When ready, click “Finalizar compra” (checkout).

Payment method
Llena tus datos de facturación, elige el método de pago (tarjeta o transferencia), acepta los términos y condiciones y da click en “Realizar el pedido”.
Fill in your billing details, choose a payment method (card or bank transfer), accept the terms and conditions, and click “Realizar el pedido” (place order).
Paga con tarjeta de débito, crédito o vales, directamente en el portal.
Pay with a debit, credit, or gift card, directly on the portal.
Paga desde tu banca digital con SPEI. Los datos de la transferencia (CLABE y beneficiario) se generan al finalizar tu pedido.
Pay from your online bank via SPEI. The transfer details (CLABE and beneficiary) are generated once you place your order.
En ambos casos, el precio ya incluye IVA. Si tienes dudas sobre tu pago, escríbenos a [email protected].

Confirmación y tu cuenta
Confirmation & your account
Al colocar tu pedido recibirás un correo con los datos para completar tu pago (CLABE y beneficiario si es transferencia) y tu número de pedido: guárdalo, lo necesitarás para facturar.
Once you place your order you'll receive an email with the details to complete your payment (CLABE and beneficiary for bank transfers) and your order number: save it, you'll need it to request your invoice.
Al finalizar tu compra se crea una cuenta en designweekmexico.com/mi-cuenta, donde puedes consultar tus pedidos y datos en cualquier momento.
Completing your purchase creates an account at designweekmexico.com/mi-cuenta, where you can check your orders and details at any time.

Facturación electrónica
Electronic invoicing
Las facturas se emiten 24 horas después de realizar la compra, en designweekmexico.com/facturacion. Este portal es exclusivo para compras hechas en este sitio.
Invoices can be issued 24 hours after your purchase, at designweekmexico.com/facturacion. This portal is exclusive to purchases made on this site.
La facturación electrónica (CFDI) aplica para participantes mexicanos con un RFC vigente. Participantes internacionales que no cuenten con RFC mexicano pero requieran comprobante pueden solicitar una factura genérica (RFC genérico de público en general), escribiendo a [email protected].
Electronic invoicing (CFDI) applies to Mexican participants with a valid RFC (Mexican tax ID). International participants without a Mexican RFC who still need a receipt can request a generic invoice (using the general-public generic RFC) by writing to [email protected].
Llena los campos con cuidado: una vez generada la factura, no hay cambios ni cancelaciones.
Fill in the fields carefully: once an invoice is generated, there are no changes or cancellations.
Ingresa tu RFC, número de pedido y el correo electrónico con el que compraste, para buscar tu pedido.
Enter your RFC (tax ID), order number, and the email you used to purchase, to look up your order.
